Extractions/ Oral Surgery
Dr Tierney has developed techniques which minimise post operative pain and swelling for difficult extractions. For example he uses ultrasonic instruments which combine minimum bone loss with automatic cleaning. Frequently this means that it is not neccessary to use stiches.
